The State & Federal Government would both make money from this endeavor and the cities and towns would make money from the places of businesses and from the licensing thereof and keep it in certain locations in the towns and Cities of RI. Not only would we serve the people of RI we would have people from other states coming here to spend money just like Las Vegas & Reno Nevada. It is legal outside the city limits of the cities in Nevada as can have house of Prostitution out in the Counties.
