Kiersten, can you alert your readers to the pending explosion of PTSD cases we can expect to address over the next two to ten years… not just those troops from OEF/OIF, but impacted family members, the ability of the VA to handle with current staff and budget, the number of Vietnam era vets with relapses, the difference between reserves/guard and active duty support systems and what it means to suffer from PTSD….

    This is an issue that will have an enormous ripple effect in our communities with 20% or more of those having served and will serve expected to have from mild to severe symptoms….
