It has been nearly 40 years since Martin Luther King, Jr. was murdered. Had his life not ended so violently and precipitously and had he survived to this day, how might he view current events? What might he have to say on his 77th birthday?

thank you for posting this. we just came back from the state house and heard the words of Dr.King read by community activists and school children.
he wasn’t killed for having a dream, he was assassinated because we were on the brink of making progress toward his dream.
