Take a look at the graphs on this post to counteract the ridiculous spin that Romney is trying to put on our recent economic history.

Bet that got your attention πŸ™‚

That is the line that Mitt Romney is pushing,

β€œI keep hearing the president say he’s responsible for keeping the country out of a Great Depression,” Romney said in front of around 200 people at an American Legion post. β€œNo, no, no, that was President George W. Bush and Hank Paulson.”

Reeeeeally? lessee here …

  1. This is all part of the GOP “big lie” strategy repeating endlessly that President Obama has “failed” while the reality is he has done a pretty good job in face of total obstructionism in both turning the economy around and positioning the US better to compete in the future. It is ironic that the “investors” despite the stock market almost double under his adminsitration, and who are the most obvious beneficiaries, with their unsatiable greed, mostly want him out in hopes of getting even more.
But Obama’s big mistake in expanding the Afghan war is still costing, in casualties, in dollars, and on his political chances.
