Higher deductibles and copays — my favorite! We just got hit with the bills for an ER visit, with ambulance included. Total was almost $10 K!

Not yet clear — probably about a third.
That sounds very high-there’s so much variance between plans it’s impossible to grasp it all unless you do it for a living!!
